Do you have Firefox? If so you may be able to help me out by using the error console (Tools &gt; Error Console) to find the problem. Open the error console, clear whats already in there, then try to use the plugin. Paste any error messages (errors only, no warnings etc) back here.</p> <p>If you don't have Firefox, and don't want to install it for testing, could you try disabling all other plugins and seeing if it works without any plugins.
