Hi. I've been using this great plugin for over a year at my very busy local news site. Lately, we've had two database problems, resulting in 404's for all of our posts. A simple Repair Database command in WP-DB Manager fixed the problem both times, but it was pretty scary. I'm thinking the problem comes from a conflict between RB Internal Links and some other plugin, since this has happened both times since the latest update to RB Internal Links. I think there have been other plugin updates recently as well.
My Wordpress installation is not in the root of my site. It's in a directory like http://mysite/wp/. Is the plugin having a problem with this structure, all of a sudden?
